Building, self-growth and progression are the daily motivators that get me out of bed every morning. Every day is a new opportunity to improve and work towards something greater! Over the past 10 years of working with startups, growing businesses, and selling insurance it only made sense to take my business development skills to coach as a Sales Trainer at Remote LABS.

When it comes to business development, there’s very little I haven’t done! Working with companies ranging from brand new startups to large, well-established insurance corporations – I’ve gained a diverse skill set in digital marketing, content creation, sales, account management and long-term growth as a whole. I take great pride and find a deep sense of accomplishment when I’m able to assist others and get them across the proverbial finish line so this transition to Remote LABS and becoming a Sales Trainer was an easy and natural fit.

When I’m not trying to grow our sales members into high performing sales experts, you can find me at the gym pursuing competitive bodybuilding, playing videogames with my friends, blogging and running hobby-based profiles on social media, or binging the latest show on HBO with my wife and our two adorable kittens.

Sales Trainer

I have been working in the sales field for over 15 years for a multitude of products particularly focusing on Auto, Home, RV, Motorcycle, and Renters Insurance. Started off as a sales agent and eventually becoming a trainer while selling at the same time to stay versed in the ever changing world of selling. After years of being both a trainer and seller, I’ve decided to focus primarily on training and keeping sales reps motivated daily for reaching their quote numbers, going through call sprints, and reaching their sales goals.

 Improvement is a key focus for me which is why I keep up to date on the best sales tactics for individual states since I’ve sold P&C Insurance in 43 of the 50 US States. Another focus is keeping the client on the phone, because if they are able to pick up the phone and respond to you, they are definitely able to continue forward to hear what you have to say for the sales rep to finish their quote. 

 When not at work I love to look up information on different parts of the world along with eventually traveling there to see what certain cities and countries have to offer. Dancing is also a great hobby of mine and I’m always looking to learn different dancing styles of many cultures!
